Apuestas Online Casinos
Another venture in online casinos bites the dust for one company; a Vienna-listed online casino gambling and gaming company, Bwin Interactive, and Betbull, a firm that deals with sports betting, has decided to put an end to its Spanish venture just this week. The venture ended when Bwin decided to buy Winners Apuestas, the Spanish sports betting enterprise owned by Betbull. Winners Apuestas is currently licensed to operate in Madrid, Spain but it continues to operate from six locations including points of sale inside the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Bwin was reported to have shelled out quite a huge amount for their purchase since attached to Winners Apuestas is a hefty price tag of Euro 4 million.
A spokesman from Betbull told Yogonet.com that they will now be focusing their efforts and will be concentrating fully on Betbull’s central business located in Germany. The sale will finally release Betbull from funding requirements set by Winners Apuestas as it continuously undergoes expansion of its online casino operations in Madrid and in other Spanish communities. Betbull’s business in the online casinos of Germany is already exhibiting positive cash flow, and this will help them to further develop and expand in an industry that is eager for a liberalized legislation.
Currently based in Vienna, Austria, Bwin Interactive Entertainment AG is said to be the world’s leader in internet gambling and gaming. It offers exciting betting opportunities in live sports, internet games, online casinos and online poker. Its subsidiaries include Bwin Games AB, Bwin International Ltd., and Bwin Italia S.R.L. At present, the company is actively looking for other possible business opportunities in South America, where they have already started operating in Mexico and Argentina, and also in Asia, where they have a subsidiary in Beijing. |
